Senator Pens
Senator Pens has been manufacturing and supplying pens, pencils and speciality writing instruments since 1920. They have a world-wide presence in more than 100 countries and produce a large number of promotional items for companies from BA to Chanel. Redback’s work for Senator has included printed marketing literature, exhibition design, e-marketing and the design and build of a microsite for their new ‘Penmatch’ service.
BirdLife International
BirdLife International is a global partnership of conservation organisations that strive to conserve birds, their habitats and global biodiversity. Redback were approached initially to work on the design of an invitation for a specific fund raising event. The design was well received and we have gone onto work on the redesign of an annual direct mail piece and other marketing literature.
University of Cambridge
The University of Cambridge approached Redback to work on branding for their 800th anniversary in 2009. From that initial successful project we have developed a lasting relationship with the University, which has seen has work on numerous projects and for a number of the different departments including Judge Business School and The Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (CfEL). Work has included branding, design of the University annual report, design and print for various marketing materials and e-marketing.
Electrolux
Electrolux is a global leader in both domestic and professional appliances, selling more than 40 million products to customers in more than 150 countries. Redback support Electrolux with creative marketing aimed at their direct customers and dealers alike. Undertaking complete campaigns from concept through print and finishing to fulfilment and mailing, our experience and understanding of their target markets makes for a close mutual relationship and an efficient use of their budgets and resources.
Atkinson Bolton Consulting
Atkinson Bolton Consulting provide a professional and comprehensive range of financial services to corporate and private clients. Looking to stand apart from their competitors, Redback were appointed to evolve the Atkinson and Bolton brand image to be more in line with their customers thinking. With the first stage of the identity evolution successfully launched we have now begun to apply this and develop all marketing and communications materials.
Alzheimer’s Research UK
Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity. Since their rebrand in 2010, Redback have been appointed to implement the new brand across a range of communications. Redback’s work has included a suite of brochures targeted at anyone interested in learning more about dementia and the treatments available. Redback have also developed striking branding and communications to promote their fundraising campaigns ‘The Big Walk’ and ‘Target Twelve Hundred’.
Bosch and Siemens
Redback have a long standing trusted relationship with Bosch and Siemens based on an exact understanding of their point of sale requirements. Custom designed, produced and delivered in store, Redback manage the whole process from order to delivery.
Sankey
Sankey is a market leader in the garden industry and offers an exclusive range of garden and horticultural products nationwide. Redback support Sankey in the design of their trade and consumer communications. On the consumer side, developing engaging point of sale is key, as is the effective implementation of the consumer facing ‘Grow Your Own’ brand which lives on and off line. Clear concise product brochures are developed for the trade audience.
Cambridgeshire County Council
Redback have worked with Cambridgeshire County Council on a variety of communications challenges. These have included the ‘Road Safety at Work’ campaign and ’Summer Bike Week’. In both examples Redback developed a vibrant and bold identity and applied it to a range of supporting marketing literature. Our work with Cambridgeshire County Council extends into the Highways department, where we have designed public and international communications from pocket size leaflets to large format display graphics.
NHS
Selected for our in depth understanding of pharmacy and healthcare design Redback have developed several projects for the NHS. These have included quick reference information leaflets on topical key health issues for Pharmacy Healthlink, pilot Information Prescriptions for Asthma, Arthritis and Diabetes and a credit card sized leaflet to help patients keep a record of their prescription medicines. Projects always taking on an innovative format and are distributed nationwide via pharmacies and surgeries.

Play is an online retailer offering an extensive product catalogue of entertainment solutions. Based in Cambridge, Play work regularly with Redback to develop their promotional materials. Redback understand Play.com’s audience and apply the fun, bold brand effectively to product catalogues, promotional items and exhibition graphics.
Sagentia
Sagentia is an international consultancy that develops new technologies, products and services, with a multi-dimensional approach to opportunity discovery. Redback work closely with Sagentia to deliver their core corporate communications including client facing magazine ‘The Gen’. The Gen is a powerful communications tool; its striking design and clear fresh layout make it a great success. Redback also design and produce Sagentia’s annual report and HR communications.

Hanson UK is the leading supplier of heavy building materials to the UK construction industry. Redback have worked with Hanson on their business to business as well as consumer branding and communications. For consumer communications a lifestyle approach has been applied both in print and online. New product branding, point of sale and product promotion literature are also produced on a regular basis.
