Alan can perhaps be best described as people centric, focusing strongly on the needs of Redback clients. A diverse portfolio of clients and industry sectors enables him to indulge his passion for a wide variety of face to face meetings and in depth conversation. His flexibility and a broad range of skills and experience are valued by all Redback's clients. Passionate about food and friendship as well as travel, sometimes there is the opportunity to indulge all three at once, but not often given the demands of the company.

Fiona's role is business development and she has nurtured some impressive clients. Redback's work for the colleges and notable Cambridge instititutions is handled by her with an individual style and personal touch. Out of work her focus is her daughter and her family. She's a keen horse rider too.

Studio Manager, Designer
Every design team needs a leader and Amy's ability to design whilst at the same time project manage the studio and lend her own brand of original creativity to Redback's work makes for seamless productivity and happy clients. She's the driving force and creative energy behind our new branding and website. Her passion for design extends beyond just work into such diverse areas as hand crafted cards, wedding invitations and personal stationery as well as an enthusiasm for baking. An accomplished traveller she has a lively social life and a multitude of friends.
When I was a child I wanted to be
An art teacher – I use to love taking the register and liked the idea of getting pressies from all the students.
In the past I've been nicknamed
Jolly Green Giant – I was very tall when at school, had my growth spurt before all the boys!
I took my driving test
6 times! I use to get very nervous. Eventually the company I was learning with gave me free lessons, they couldn't understand why I kept failing as I was perfect in lessons.

A walk in sunny Huntingdon by the river with my fiancé, followed by a large glass of red wine (or two) on the terrace at the Bridge.

Talented designers often have other creative skills and Dan is no exception, playing as he does lead guitar for his band, The Fractures. Dan's creative flair is evident throughout his work and his innate attention to detail, measured approach and ability to see the complete picture for our clients make him an invaluable part of the Redback team. A case of music and a 'lyrical' approach going hand in hand.

Designer
James thrives on technical challenges. His ability to programme websites and resolve the most complex of technical issues is well known among the team. Conversely or perhaps not, he is a 'sports adrenalin' enthusiast, kayaking, snowboarding to name but two with fencing a close third. Code and the possibility of breaking things definitely go together for James.

I passed my car test first time but I failed my first motorbike test because I had a broken radio and couldn’t hear the instructions. I Passed the second time with no minor marks.

Administrator
Anthea oversees the business administration side of Redback and her previous experience in marketing and running her own business means that she is ideally placed to handle the needs of clients and suppliers alike. Her all round talents though enable her to do much more and she is the lynch pin of much that we do.

An air hostess: it seemed very glamorous and I wanted to travel the world.

Boney (the very distance past).

Accounts Administrator
Sal started life at Redback as our administrator and quickly became the central hub of our day to day business. She left that role some time ago to start a family but she still manages the company's accounts, a vital part of any business. She now has two adorable girls. Her financial talents extend to her local primary school, where she helps them and her local community to organise fundraising events.
