3D Modelling and Animation
As a crossover service we also use CAD software for 3D modelling and rendering. Our familiarity with POS and Exhibition design and construction means we are able to originate and develop wireframe models from original concepts through to a complete rendered visual.
This enables prototypes to be designed, viewed on screen from all angles and ‘virtually’ tested before any costly samples are made. Visuals can be placed into realistic settings and a walk-through can be viewed as an animation. The finished item comes to life on the screen without delay and development and production times can be substantially reduced, along with commensurate cost savings.
This process is especially relevant for packaging where design work can best be viewed in three dimensions rather than a lifeless, flat piece of artwork. We have modelled such diverse items as display units, casings, presentation packs, folders and of course many forms of packaging.
